Bang Energy CEO is at war with Monster Energy.

Bang Energy has been emerging as a legitimate contender in the realm of energy drinks. With other popular companies like Monster Energy, it’s pretty difficult to make waves in this competitive industry.

Competition can breed great results for the two companies involved, but it doesn’t take much for things to get personal when money and reputations are involved. From the looks of things, that’s exactly what’s happening between Bang Energy and Monster Energy.

Recently Monster Beverage Corp head expanded an ongoing lawsuit against Bang Energy head Jack Owoc. The Bang Energy CEO also launched a lawsuit of his own against Monster Beverage Corp as well as Reign Beverage Corp for Trademark infringement.

But the battle hasn’t ended there. Jack Owoc has also made a lengthy post on Instagram taking his rival Monster Energy.

??BANG CRUSHING MONSTER!?? . Monster Energy Drink recently amended its frivolous and meritless lawsuit against VPX and I complaining about Bang energy’s significant market growth. ???????? Monster’s legal complaint is similar to a three-year-old toddler crying out to their mother for help. It’s not only embarrassing it’s downright pathetic. ????HELP ME MOMMY, BANG IS TAKING ALL OF OUR BUSINESS. ??? . Monster carries on to the court as though their inferior and antiquated energy drink somehow deserves to maintain its shelf space in perpetuity. . Monster has major problems far beyond the BRILLIANT AND BEAUTIFUL BANG BEVERAGE. Monster also has: ✅Legal problems with their exclusive distributor @CocaCola — NOT GOOD when you have no other distribution option. ✅ @CocaCola was just sent a CEASE-AND-DESIST letter by Bang attorneys TODAY for their role for distributing the confusingly similar REIGN energy drink knockoff. ✅ Bang is taking massive amounts of shelf space away from Monster! It’s called FAIR COMPETITION because Monster just doesn’t resonate like BANG does with consumers! ✅ Monster is continuously getting Banged Up by financial analysts who keep reporting Monsters falling stock value, loss of marketshare, etc. all while pointing to Bang’s success! . Monster has a history of having a major problem with fair competition. In fact, fair competition is something monster repeatedly tries to prevent by being one of the most litigious companies in America. . THE NUMBERS DON’T LIE! ??? According to IRI data for the last 4 weeks, BANG Energy is up 869.4 % and Monster is down -2.6% in the same period and apparently they have a MONSTROUS problem with fair competition against BANG. That is a MASSIVE 872% disparity! ✅✅NOW YOU CAN SEE HOW WHY MONSTER IS SO DESPERATE!✅✅ On another note, I received documentation today that Monster had BANG energy drink tested. ✅✅✅✅ MONSTER’S OWN TEST PROVED BANG CONTAINS SUPER CREATINE. ✅✅✅✅ Monster, nevertheless, is purposely confusing consumers saying BANG contains no creatine — #Pathetic #SuperCreatine ?#EnergyDrink #BangEnergy #Creatine #Beverage #PreWorkout #PostWorkout #Protein #Fit #Fitness #Muscle #Workout
