Big Ramy Does a Killer Arm Workout as He Returns Home to Egypt

Big Ramy trains hard in his return to Egypt.

The global health crisis has been trying for everyone in the bodybuilding community. Many athletes have been unable to workout in their usual training facility. Those who have been lucky and forward thinking were able to train at their own personal home gym.

Now as things open back up, many athletes have been once again training hard. With the 2020 Olympia looming, competitors are pushing themselves hard in preparation.

While his status for competing at the Olympia is still up in the air, Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay is certainly prepping hard. Returning to his home country of Egypt, Big Ramy has pushing himself to make continued improvements.

His recent training session saw the Egyptian beast training arms with great intensity. Big Ramy has always been a force to be reckoned with and his training reflects exactly that. Big Ramy performs the below exercises in the intensive workout.
