Big Ramy Looking Massive AF While Training Chest For Olympia

Big Ramy is looking like a comic book character.

There are a great deal of people who believe that Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay is the man to challenge for Phil Heath’s Olympia crown. There are a great deal of others who believe that Big Ramy simply doesn’t have what it takes. As far as the history would suggest, the former group is certainly correct. But what has happened in the past means nothing. The future is always change, always in constant flux. So the chances of Big Ramy pulling an upset are still slim, but that doesn’t mean he isn’t in the gym working hard to change that fact.

While the keyboard warriors and internet trolls spew their hate and voice their opinions to vitriolic effect, the competitors in the IFBB do there best to ignore the negativity and attack the weights with a hunger for increased improvement. Big Ramy is no different as he continues his journey to the top. Training in Kuwait has made him an absolute beast just like his Oxygen Gym stable mates Brandon Curry and Roelly Winklaar.

The kind of size and definition that Big Ramy possesses makes him a class of bodybuilder all his own. There aren’t very many bodybuilders that can step on stage upwards of 300 lbs and look as shredded as the Egyptian beast. The Olympia isn’t all that far away and Big Ramy has been ramping up his training in hopes of shocking the world. His work is cut out for him, but if the post below is any indication on his progress, Big Ramy is well on his way to being top five at this year’s show.
