That means the best of the best are all prepping for the biggest competitions of the year including the Arnold Classic shows as well as the Olympia. While Phil Heath may still be the ruler of the Open Weight division, featuring the most massive bodybuilders in the world, he has competition hot on his heels. The man considered to be a favorite to take Phil Heath’s crown is none other than the massive Egyptian bodybuilder Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay.

After taking a close second to Phil Heath at the 2017 Olympia, Big Ramy has seen his star rise, his legion of supporters believing he has what it takes to usurp the reigning king at the 2018 show.
