Big Ramy Looks Extra Massive and Vascular Weeks Out From The Olympia

Big Ramy is looking extra vascular heading into the Olympia.

When it comes to Mamdouh “Big Ramy” Elssbiay size has always been the name of the game. He outsizes almost every bodybuilder on the modern stage. But while that size does make him standout among the pack, Big Ramy has yet to taste ultimate victory at the Olympia.

Strength Wars Movie

For the most part many believe that what Big Ramy needs is to bring up his conditioning. If he can step on stage with a massive physique as well as a shredded form he could easily be in consideration for top three, if not the first place position.

But Big Ramy hasn’t placed in the top three for the past few years and many have their doubts that he’s capable of doing so again.

However, some recent training videos of Big Ramy has the bodybuilding world buzzing. Just weeks out from the 2020 Olympia, the Egyptian bodybuilder dropped some clips that showcase the his vast size and vascularity.

The arm training video shows the bodybuilder at his most vascular, though we can’t see the rest of physique.

Could this vascularity be a clue as to Big Ramy’s conditioning heading into the Olympia or is it simply wishful thinking? One thing is certain, Big Ramy is bringing his trademark size to the stage and could be a real threat to the top of the division.

What do you think of these recent training videos?
