Blessing Awodibu Battles an 800 Pound Liger in Tug of War

Blessing Awodibu does things different.

Most bodybuilders have a pretty serious social media persona. It’s all about getting the work done, being serious and treating lifting like a battle. For professionals who make a living off of their body they have to take things seriously. After all, if they don’t continue to stay in impeccable shape their stock could in the fitness industry could potential plummet.

But not everyone adheres to such notions. Some bodybuilders have developed a huge following not merely from having a massive frame, but having a unique personality.

That’s a perfect description for Blessing Awodibu.

Rather than stick to strictly bodybuilding “The Boogieman” is constantly looking to push his limits. Whether that means constructing comedic videos or simply lifting like a madman, Blessing has a ton of different content on his Instagram page.

His most recent antic is certainly one out of left field. While visiting FamePark, a private farm not open to the public, Blessing Awodibu had the bright idea to engage in a game of tug of war…with a liger?!

That’s right, Blessing Awodibu battles an 800 lbs liger in tug of war and it’s captured in the video below.

Blessing has yet to compete at a pro show, delayed due to the global health crisis. That said, he’s staying in some pretty tremendous shape and will no doubt make waves when he finally steps on stage.
