When it comes to building the ultimate physique many believe that training is the one and only key. While training is paramount to building muscle, the idea that training is all you need isn’t entirely on the money. Nutrition is also a major factor in cultivating a great physique.


It can’t be understated how important it is to follow a strict diet if you want to be a pro level bodybuilder. If you’re not stepping on stage then you have a bit more leeway of course, but if you’re looking to compete against the best bodybuilders in the world then you have to bring your A-game.

But while a strict diet may be key to seeing bodybuilding success, there are times while traveling that you may have no other choice but to eat at a restaurant. That fact can be a major hindrance for a competitive bodybuilders. Good thing that there are legends in the game willing to give insight on how to work around the limitations of dining on the road.
