Brandon Hendrickson and NFL Star Chad Ochocinco Have Quad Pose Off

Brandon Hendrickson and Chad Ochocinco pose off?!

Bodybuilding has burst into the mainstream sphere in a major way. It feels like yesterday that bodybuilding was something only a few individuals were interested in, an endeavor in which only the few trained in dungeons to re-emerge as muscular beasts of myth.

Now, bodybuilding is accepted as a legit career and avenue to physical and mental greatness. No longer is there stigma for being a professional bodybuilder. In fact it seems like everyone wants to be a bodybuilder these days, even NFL stars.

In a recent gym session, Chad Ochocinco found himself having a pose off with none other than former Men’s Physique Olympia champion Brandon Hendrickson. The Generation Iron 3 star and competitive bodybuilder, Brandon Hendrickson was more than happy to compare quads to that of Chad Ochocinco.

The pose down was all in good fun, but just goes to show how popular bodybuilding has become in the mainstream consciousness. If he dedicated himself who knows, Chad Ochocinco could one day have the desire to hop up onto a posing stage. Truly unlikely, but hey, crazier things have happened.
