Brian Shaw Makes 150 Lbs Dumbbell Press Look Easy

Brian Shaw’s strength makes no sense.

One of the strongest humans to ever walk the planet, Brian Shaw never ceases to amaze. The four-time World’s Strongest Man has proven time and again that he’s no average strongman. He is one of the best of the best and continues to train like a world champion.

With Eddie Hall retired and Hafthor Bjornsson’s future up in the air, Brian Shaw has an opportunity to once again show he’s the world’s strongest.

While the global health crisis has shut everything down, Brian Shaw is still training hard. A recent post to his Instagram page show the strongman benching 150 lbs dumbbells like they were nothing.

SOME DAYS IT’S EASY AND SOME DAYS IT’S A GRIND…DON’T GIVE UP! – This was a tough day of training for me…these 150’s felt much heavier than they should have. I have always said working through the tough days of training is what makes the difference…if you only work hard when you are feeling perfect you will never get to where you want to go. When it’s tough dig in and make it happen! Results are EARNED…not GIVEN!! – Thank you all for the support of the new drop of @evolutionathleticsgear…we are working hard to get your orders out ASAP! Can’t wait for you all to get the new gear! ????? – @evolutionathleticsgear @trifectasystem @roguefitness @getnewage @probodycoach @jailhousestrong #shawstrength #evolutiontowardsgreatness #begreat
