Strongwoman Brittany Diamond Once Again Proves Her Mettle With 810lb Reverse Hack Squat

Brittany Diamond is incredibly strong.

The notion that lifting heavy is just for men is completely ridiculous. In recent years both men and women have come to realize that heavy lifting is the key to burning fat and building quality muscle. But burning fat alone isn’t the sole reason more and more women are lifting these days. There are a great deal of women athletes who hope to build tremendous strength to excel at their chosen sport.

For Brittany Diamond that sport is strongwoman competitions.

Strength Wars Movie

A veteran strongwoman with many championships under her belt, Brittany Diamond has proven herself to be one of the strongest women on Earth. Placing in the top three in the World’s Strongest Woman three separate times, Diamond has shown her mettle in competition.

But in order to achieve greatness in events the training must be intense. From the looks of things Brittany Diamond doesn’t skimp on her training one bit.

Recently the strongwoman performed a massive 810lb hack squat and made it look easy.

I love training solo but sometimes you just have to kill it with the quarantine crew.

These 3 are the definition of hard workers, positive energy, and good vibes. Back in March when the world was going crazy we had each other. ❤. @justin_randall91 @je_kelly89

The world continues to go crazy and I’m just mindful of who I let into my space.⁣ As always, thankful for the ability to move weight with good company.
