Chris Bumstead Reveals Incredible Condition He Was in Prior to Olympia Victory

Chris Bumstead reveals his awesome conditioning ahead of the Olympia.

The 2020 Olympia saw some pretty memorable moments take place. While Big Ramy may have stolen the show with his surprise victory, Chris Bumstead established himself as a true champion with his second straight Classic Physique Olympia title.

Ahead of the show there was speculation that Chris Bumstead wasn’t sharing his true physique in his social media posts. In essence, Bumstead was essentially delaying his reveal. Rather than show the steady progress he’d been making over the last few months, the reigning champ chose to post older photos. At least if you believe the rumors.

Strength Wars Movie

The physique that Bumstead brought to the stage was unlike anything we’d seen from him prior. He had improved on both his strengths and weaknesses. He cut a truly impressive form as he stepped on stage to dominate the competition.

Now the reigning Classic Physique Olympia champion has shared more of his per-competition condition. In a recent post to social media, Bumstead reveals his form that was a mere two days out from the show.

Unseen check ins with @iainvalliere and the rest of the fam @courtneykiing @melissabum ?
This was 2 days out I believe and depleted af (if you can’t tell by my face and how slow I’m moving). We we’re trying to decide what I should hit as my favorite classic pose.
I’ll keep repeating this until I’m blue in the face, I have the best team❤️
