Chris Bumstead Has Heavy Chest Day Showing Some Impressive Strength

Chris Bumstead is looking strong during his cut.

Getting prepped for a bodybuilding show is no simple task. A competitor must bulk up his physique, lifting heavy and consuming a ton of calories while minimizing the increase of fat on their frames. They must also cut away the fat while maintaining muscle and strength in order to show off their cultivated gains.

It can be a truly trying endeavor one where a simple mistake can throw everything off. For the top pros, getting things down to a science is necessary. The cut in particular can be very tricky. While you cut fat, strength can go along with it. But if done just right, a bodybuilder can maintain their strength to keep pushing themselves hard during a cut.

Chris Bumstead has been able to do just that during his prep.

The Classic Physique Olympia champion, Chris Bumstead has proven himself to be an absolute beast. Narrowly beating out rival Breon Ansley, Chris Bumstead is doing his best to build upon his physique in hopes of defending his crown.

In prep for the 2020 Olympia, Chris Bumstead is still looking strong, despite already in his cutting phase. His recent training video showcases just how strong the champion is during his cut.

Do you think Chris Bumstead will reclaim his Classic Physique Olympia title?
