Chris Hemsworth Hits 20-Minute Upper Body Blast, Shares First Look In ‘Furiosa’

Chris Hemsworth continues to work hard in the gym to prepare for his upcoming role.

Chris Hemsworth continues to be one of the most well-known figures Hollywood. Recently, Hemsworth was not recognizable in character for his new role in Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga. The trailer has been released and Hemsworth has also shared more workouts for fans to try.

During his career, Hemsworth has made a name for himself in many action roles. This includes during the Thor movies and Extraction. He has gone through many physique transformations in order to look the part on the big screen. He has done this by using different workouts to challenge his body in different ways.

The movie is set to be released in May 2024 as another edition the Mad Max Saga. Hemsworth shared the trailer last week and another close-up of his character that includes a long beard, prosthetic nose, and what looks like fake teeth as well.

Chris Hemsworth is used to transforming his physique for the better and has now taken on the challenge of transforming his entire look.

The Thanksgiving holiday might be behind us but Chris Hemsworth did not take long after to get back to work on his physique. Last week, he shared another impressive workout to build strength in many ways using his CentrFit app.

“Get active with this 20 minute upper body blast with the @centrfit strength equipment 💪🏻”

Circuit 1

  • Push up w/ handles 25 reps
  • Banded lateral raise x 12 reps
  • Rest 40-60 sec x 4 sets

Circuit 2

  • Standing hammer curls 12 reps (each arm)
  • Battle rope 50 reps
  • Rest 40-60 seconds x 4 sets

Circuit 3

  • Plank hold 1 minute
  • Rest 30 sec x 3 sets

Hemsworth created an app called “CentrFit” to share workouts for viewers during the pandemic. When gyms were closed, Hemsworth made sure that people could continue to get workouts in during their time at home.
