Lino Tomasen Camacho claims he has hit himself with a mallet each day since he was 15.

Lino Tomansen Camacho, known as The Cuban Ironman, has gone viral after claiming he hits himself with a mallet each day to make himself stronger. Camacho has shared the clips on social media and performs exercises following the actions.

Camacho has totaled over 100,000 followers on Facebook following the posting of his videos. One video shows Camacho in the middle of a boxing ring squaring up before removing his gloves and hitting his hand with this mallet. In another video, Camacho is cracking open a coconut with his elbow before performing pushups with a friend sitting on top of him.

Camacho had aspirations of becoming a professional boxer but has taken on a different avenue. This is when he began smashing his arms and hands with a mallet. This was a tactic that his father, who was known as The Magic Man in Cuba, taught him.

Sajad Gharibi burst onto the scene last year as he trained for a fight against Martyn Ford. During this time, he took on some insane training techniques. The Iranian Hulk has taken his methods to the next level including being hit in the stomach with wooden boards. This was in addition to fighting several men at a time and boxing cement walls.

Cuban Ironman Performs Shows In Havana

According to the news organization Reuters, the Cuban Ironman has began making some money due to his methods. Camacho would perform for a crowd in downtown Havana, smashing his joints and body parts with a mallet. The news spoke with one spectator, who was in awe of Camacho.

“It’s all real. Nothing fabricated. He did some pushups with me on his back.”

As expected for videos such as this, there was mixed reactions from viewers. Some commenters commended Camacho for his work and the way he pushes limits while others believe it is silly.

The 32-year-old Camacho allegedly gave up a career in boxing because of an injury to an opponent that led to his death. The Cuban Ironman vowed to give up fighting and has moved onto new ventures.

“I had 27 matches won by knockout but I retired because in the last of them, I fractured the skull…I gave away all the money I made in my fights to his family. I vowed never to fight again.”

The insane feats of strength by the Cuban Ironman is allegedly due to the blows he takes from his mallet. Whether that is true or not will never be known but the videos are shocking to see. Reuters shared a video to show what Camacho was doing in front of spectators in Havana.
