DALLAS MCCARVER EXPLAINS THE METHOD THAT’S TURNING HIM INTO A MONSTER

When it comes to bodybuilding it’s all about lifting heavy weight to produce the best results. Bodybuilding is all about consistency and dedication, but to get to the level of a professional it takes a lot more than that. Many may point to the fact that genetics rule the day and in the way they truly do. But genetics alone doesn’t get an athlete to the level of a Phil Heath or Big Ramy by simply having great genetics. It takes unorthodox training methods to reach the pinnacle of the sport and that’s just what Dallas McCarver believes as well. [wptouch target=”mobile”]

A young up and comer in the realm of professional bodybuilding, Dallas McCarver is a man with considerable potential. Not only does he have the genetics, Dallas also the kind of determination you need to push your body to the next level each and every time he enters the gym. This kind of drive is what he’ll need to get to the next level and if his progress is any indication, Dallas McCarver is on the track to being a major player in the pro circuit. So what’s the secret to his success? Well it seems like Dallas has been relying on a simple training method to get his impressive gains of late. Check out his Instagram posting below that not only explains his method but shows off Dallas McCarver’s boulder shoulders as well.

So I’ve been coming in 2-3 mornings weekly and training fasted yeah I said fasted! Then coming back later for my main lift of the day… I’ve got to say I’m LOVING IT! Loads of energy, great pumps, and my body is responding like crazy. Instead of my usual 25-35 cardio I’ve been doing shoulders, or hams, or calves, abs ect on these days. No crazy compound heavy movements just lots of blood pump work. Now granted I’m in a pretty heavy caloric surplus on the daily.
