Ahead of his deadlift challenge, Hafthor Bjornsson is back in the gym and he’s pulling some serious weight. Hafthor Bjornsson deadlifts 440 kg (970 lbs) for 3 reps.

While it may not be his goal, 440 kg is a massive accomplishment. Hafthor Bjornsson has the kind of strength that makes you scratch you head and wonder how a human could be that strong. The answer is simple: hard work and dedication.
