The Big Bad Wolf could be on his way back.
Consistency. It’s the name of the game when it comes to bodybuilding. If you’re looking to make some major headway, whether it be losing fat or building muscle, in order to see the best results you must be consistent. Adhering to a game plan is perhaps the most difficult aspect of bodybuilding and it takes a certain level of diligence in order to do so. Diet plans, workout plans, you name it, if you want any of them to succeed then that means you have to be consistent. But sometimes other things get in the way. Besides laziness or a busy schedule, two things that can be controlled, injury sometimes rears it’s ugly head to take you out of the game.

There’s nothing worse than an injury when it comes to training for any kind of athletic endeavor. A minor injury can throw someone off their game for weeks, maybe even a couple of months meaning they’ll potentially be losing some gains during that time. A major injury however is an entirely different beast. If an athlete is plagued by a major injury then it could potentially threaten all of the gains one has built up throughout their entire training endeavor.
This could have been the truth for Dennis Wolf.
One of the best in the world at bodybuilding, Dennis Wolf suffered a severe injury that could have potentially thrown his progress off course significantly. In fact, the injury has forced him to sit out at the 2016 Olympia. Fans and experts wondered when Wolf would and if he’d be able to return to form. Well it looks like Dennis Wolf himself has taken to Instagram to give an update on his condition and when he can finally begin training once more.
