It’s hard to believe that the world’s biggest bodybuilding show is once again right around the corner. It seems like yesterday when all the talk of whether Kai Greene would compete or not, or how well will Big Ramy were all the rage. The 2015 Olympia came and went with the victor being Phil Heath as many predicted. What couldn’t be predicted however was just how well Dexter Jackson would do at the biggest show of the year. Not only did Jackson break the top five, he took second place at the show once again asserting his dominance in bodybuilding.

The NY Pro highlighted just how sharp “The Blade” has remained during his off season. After capturing the first ever Arnold Classic South Africa title, Dexter Jackson has now proven himself to be a legitimate threat to Phil Heath’s crown. Many may be counting Jackson out, suggesting that his best years are behind him. However, the fact that he was able to place higher than both Shawn Rhoden and Dennis Wolf shows just how impressive Jackson can be. His preparation, including his training and diet plan, has seen Jackson making all kinds of gains.

With just 15 weeks to go until the 2016 Olympia Dexter Jackson is cranking up the intensity and looking to bring the best version of himself to the Olympia. Jackson gives an update on what to expect from him at the biggest show of the year, as well as how he’s changed things up this year compared to last year. His conviction to once again become Olympia champion is stronger than ever and his strategy could once again show the veteran becoming the number one bodybuilder in the world.
