Dorian Yates Still Looks Jacked at Age 58

Dorian Yates is looking pretty impressive at 58 years old.

Dorian Yates has always had a proficiency for building quality muscle. After all, Yates was the first mass monster to dominate the bodybuilding world. He was a massive figure during his heyday and turned back every challenge that came his way after winning his first Olympia championship in 1992.

Since retiring from the competitive bodybuilding stage, Dorian Yates has continued to maintain his physique. While cardio and yoga have taken center stage for the former Olympia king, Yates still takes time to lift.

While in Romania, Yates revealed an impressive physique. At 58 years old, Dorian Yates still cuts an impressive figure.

Dorian Yates still has it even at an advanced age. He even shared some of his knowledge in a recent Instagram post.

Here’s a little tip to help you visualize your pressing movements.

This can be used for leg press, bench press, hack squat etc. Visualize your muscles as a big coil spring, so as the weight is coming down, the spring is getting compressed, then release with power. So control the weight and use it as a tool to put maximum stress on the working muscles.
