I feel the pure BCAA composition improves endurance and allows you to focus while training. I would highly recommend this supplement for those involved in heavyweight lifts or other intense sports.

The Caplet version is more portable when compared to the other BCAA powder options. However, as the serving size is small, you need to intake 4 tablets to get your daily 2.2g of BCAA. Though its beneficial to take 1 or 2 g per meal, I have found that some people consume it before and after their workouts. This helps in the proper synthesis of the muscles during strenuous bodybuilding.
