Eddie Hall’s Carnivore Full Day Of Eating

Meal 1

Eddie Hall added more dairy into the first meal of the day. This is something he has been limiting but it made a return here.

  • 200g packed salmon
  • 5 organic eggs
  • Cottage cheese
  • Milkshake
  • Cheese

“We’ve been reassured that dairy is completely fine so I got whole-fat cottage cheese here.”

Meal 2

After meal one, Hall went into a training session in the boxing ring. He enjoyed the second meal of the day, including steak and eggs.

  • Steak
  • Eggs
  • Milkshake with 2 scoops Whey protein

“Basically runny fats like butter and everything and eat more solid fats like salmon, ribeye steaks, and stuff like that. That’s helped a lot.”

Meal 3

The third meal of the day was more of a snack for Eddie Hall consisting of Biltong beef jerky. This came after hitting the gym with his son.

Meal 4

Meal four was back to steak and eggs with some butter. He did not include a milkshake here because he wanted to save it for later in the day.

  • Steak
  • Eggs
  • Butter

“On the carnivore diet, I never thought that was going to be possible, 10,000 calories there you go. That’s probably one of the best diet days I’ve done in a long time.”

Meal 5

The final meal of the day got Eddie Hall close to 10,000 calories but he finished just under it. This meal was not solid foods but he incorporated his final milkshake.

  • Milkshake
  • Yogurt
  • Broth

“The results speak for themselves. I feel great. My inflammation feels good. My strength has gone through the roof and I’m sleeping better. I can eat as much as I want to a degree.”
