Brian Shaw is in full beast mode while training from home.
The quarantine has been rough on everyone. It has meant completely shifting our lives to a way of living many of us aren’t used to. For professional strength athletes it’s been particularly difficult. In order to perform in their sport they need to be able to lift heavy and consistently. For strongman competitors that rings doubly true.
Hafthor Bjornsson has his own gym and has been training hard to complete his 501 kg deadlift challenge. While he may not be competing in strongman competitions anymore, Eddie Hall is still training hard himself. Hall has even had time to criticize Hafthor Bjornsson ahead of his deadlift challenge.
But while the two have gone back and forth on YouTube and social media, another strongman has been laying low and putting in work. That man is former four-time World’s Strongest Man, Brian Shaw.
Brian Shaw has come up short in his last few attempts at the World’s Strongest Man title. That said, the former champion is in full beast mode while in quarantine. He’s also managing to avoid any drama while doing so.
While the global health crisis has a lot of people down, Brian Shaw is making the most of it and putting in quality work from home.
Brian Shaw is even finding time to have fun with the family and train at the same time.
While others are beefing, Brian Shaw is training like an absolute beast.
Are you impressed with Brian Shaw and his quarantine training regimen?
