This May Be The Dumbest Training Fail Ever

Doesn’t get more brilliant than this…

So we’ve all been there. That time when training in the gym becomes stagnant and you’re just searching for a way to break up the monotony. Though it may get you the results you desire, bodybuilding training can become pretty boring when you’re following the same schedule week after week. But for a person who wants to see adequate change, that same boring routine is acceptable if only for the fact that they produce results. Still, getting bored with your training is never something you want.

So what the hell do you do when you start getting bored with the day to day grind of the same exercises? Well, you can always switch things up. First of all, adding different exercises to your training split will help tremendously. This way you can avoid plateaus and continue to grow without any hiccups. You can add more weight onto the bar in order to build more strength and muscle. Hell, you can even venture to try out a completely different training method. For instance, rather than train in the traditional bodybuilder style you can try out strongman training or powerlifting to get a new, fresh approach.

But sometimes experimenting in the gym can go awry. In fact, sometimes people can go too far and end up training in a manor that’s absolutely ridiculous. Boredom can certainly make people do some dumb things, but the bodybuilders in the video below, may take the cake for the most unnecessary training variation ever. Video courtesy of luimarco.
