Bio
IFBB Pro Essa Obaid started bodybuilding at age 19, looking up to the legends such as Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger & his lifetime idol Flex Wheeler… among other great legends. Essa has been competing since 2000 as an amateur bodybuilder &
earned his pro card in 2010 at the Arnold Classic Ohio by winning the overall title. Essa’s current goal is to not only step on stage at the Mr. Olympia but to consistently improve in placings and physique development until he earns the title of Mr. Olympia.
Essa is one of the few IFBB Pro bodybuilders to step on stage in the Open Division from the Middle East. He’s faced many challenges in being able to not only compete but compete well in major competitions in the USA.
