Evans Nana Wins the 2025 Strongman Champions League Serbia: Full Results

Evans Nana came out on top during the 2025 Strongman Champions League Serbia.

The 2025 Strongman Champions League Serbia competition took place on May 24 in Zrenjanin, Serbia. This was the third competition of the SCL season where some of the biggest names in the league joined forces to put on a show from the opening events.

In the end, it was Evans Nana who finsihed at the top of the list. Nana was able to go on a run and win the final three events of the competition. This brought him into a tie with runner-up Aivars Smaukstelis for the top spot. The rules of Strongman stated that the winner of the final event would be crowned champion due to tiebreaker regulations. That was Nana, who was victorious in the Sandbag Loading Race.

2025 Strongman Champions League Serbia Event Recap

Event One – Truck Pull

The first event of the competition was the Truck Pull. Competitors were tasked with pulling a truck, where the weight was unknown, across a track set 20 meters. It was a timed event with the limit being 60 seconds.

  • First Place – Dennis Kohlruss, 33.35 seconds
  • Second Place – Shaun Schellenger, 33.47 seconds
  • Third Place – Albin Hasanovic, 35.10 seconds
  • Fourth Place – Kevin Hazeleger, 36.08 seconds
  • Fifth Place – Peter Juhasz, 39.81 seconds
  • Sixth Place – Andrea Invernizzi, 43.41 seconds
  • Seventh Place – Evans Nana, 44.64 seconds
  • Eighth Place – Aivars Smaukstelis, 46.62 seconds
  • Ninth Place – Mitch Flowers, 10.5 meters
  • Tenth Place – Damir Stroil, 10.1 meters
  • 11th Place – Kovacs Ferenc, 10 meters

Event Two – Viking Press

The Viking Press gave athletes a chance to show off their overhead strength. It asked competitors to press 160kg (352.6lbs) overhead for as many reps as possible within the one-minute limit.

  • First Place – Aivars Smaukstelis, 12 reps
  • Second Place – Peter Juhasz, 9 reps
  • Third Place – Albin Hasanovic, 9 reps
  • Fourth Place – Andrea Invernizzi, 9 reps
  • Fifth Place – Evans Nana, 8 reps
  • Sixth Place – Dennis Kohlruss, 8 reps
  • Seventh Place – Mitch Flowers, 7 reps
  • Eighth Place – Shaun Schellenger, 6 reps
  • Ninth Place – Kevin Hazeleger, 6 reps
  • Tenth Place – Kovacs Ferenc, 5 reps
  • 11th Place – Damir Stroil, 2 reps
  • 12th Place – Yagiz Gozkara, No Lift

Event Three – Farmer’s Walk

The competition advanced into the Farmer’s Walk. Strongmen were tasked with lifting two weights weighing 140kg (308.6lbs) across a track that spanned 40 meters. This was another timed event with the athlete crossing the finish line in the quickest amount of time being crowned the winner.

  • First Place – Evans Nana, 16.98 seconds
  • Second Place – Aivars Smaukstelis, 18.77 seconds
  • Third Place – Kevin Hazeleger, 19.66 seconds
  • Fourth Place – Peter Juhasz, 21.90 seconds
  • Fifth Place – Shaun Schellenger, 24.00 seconds
  • Sixth Place – Mitch Flowers, 24.53 seconds
  • Seventh Place – Andrea Invernizzi, 25.94 seconds
  • Eighth Place – Dennis Kohlruss, 27.20 seconds
  • Ninth Place – Damir Stroil, 37.72 seconds
  • Tenth Place – Albin Hasanovic, 31.6 meters
  • 11th Place – Kovacs Ferenc, 18.2 meters
  • 12th Place – Yagiz Gozkara, 15.4 meters

Event Four – Car Deadlift

The car lifted weighed 360kg (793.7lbs). Athletes worked to log as many reps as possible within one minute.

  • First Place – Evans Nana, 12 reps
  • Second Place – Aivars Smaukstelis, 10 reps
  • Third Place – Mitch Flowers, 10 reps
  • Fourth Place – Andrea Invernizzi, 9 reps
  • Fifth Place – Albin Hasanovic, 8 reps
  • Sixth Place – Damir Stroil, 6 reps
  • Seventh Place – Yagiz Gozkara, 6 reps
  • Eighth Place – Peter Juhasz, 5 reps
  • Ninth Place – Shaun Schellenger, 5 reps
  • Tenth Place – Dennis Kohlruss, 4 reps
  • 11th Place – Kevin Hazeleger, 2 reps
  • 12th Place – Kovacs Ferenc, No Lift

Event Five – Sandbag Loading Race

The final event of the day was the Sandbag Loading Race. It featured three weights that were 12 meters from the finish line. Athletes were asked to carry each implement across the finish line before returning to grab the next.

  • First Place – Evans Nana, 3 in 22.50 seconds
  • Second Place – Aivars Smaukstelis, 3 in 22.76 seconds
  • Third Place – Peter Juhasz, 3 in 23.95 seconds
  • Fourth Place – Shaun Schellenger, 3 in 26.78 seconds
  • Fifth Place – Kevin Hazeleger, 3 in 29.07 seconds
  • Sixth Place – Albin Hasanovic, 3 in 29.75 seconds
  • Seventh Place – Mitch Flowers, 3 in 31.45 seconds
  • Eighth Place – Dennis Kohlruss, 3 in 35.82 seconds
  • Ninth Place – Andrea Invernizzi, 3 in 40.53 seconds
