Flex Lewis Performs Massive Barbell Rows With Dislocated Wrist

Flex Lewis trains through injury.

Quarantine has no doubt slowed down everyone’s progress. Where so many bodybuilders were looking forward to showing off their improved physiques, the global health crisis dashed those dreams.

One such bodybuilder is none other than former Olympia 212 champion James “Flex” Lewis.

Strength Wars Movie

The former Olympia champ was looking to debut in the open weight division at this year’s big show. Quarantine may have sidetracked him, but Flex Lewis is still training hard in his gym. Not only is Flex Lewis still lifting, he’s doing so with a dislocated wrist.

“My wrist still dislocated/ popped going on 3wks with all Doctors in Quarantine we pushing and training as hard as possible under the circumstance.

Smashed out 10 reps shouted on by Jon De La Rosa Rafael Brandao from a social distance!”

My wrist still dislocated/ popped going on 3wks with all Doctors in Quarantine we pushing and training as hard as possible under the circumstance. Smashed out 10 reps shouted on by @ifbbjondelarosa @rafabrandaopro from a social distance! Then I seen @lukesandoe hit out 12 reps on his IG, cheered on by his dog “wicket” also from social distance! – Luke is one the strongest bodybuilders in the IFBB, I have seen him from a young man grow into the beast he is today, so I will take my ten as a good day or maybe i need to invest in Dragons Lair Yorky ? – Gym opens May 1st can’t wait to post again on my stories @the_dragons_lair #NoExcuses #FlexLewis #TheDragonsLairGym #DragonsLair
