Flex Wheeler shows heart and will in recent training videos.

Determination is the perhaps the number one attribute needed to become a successful pro bodybuilder. If you’re unwilling to go through the pain of training then you will never yield the results you seek. It’s a notion that veteran bodybuilder Flex Wheeler has come to embrace.

Despite all the hardships, despite having to get his leg amputated, Flex Wheeler is still motivated to put work in at the gym. While there are many out there who simply complain about getting into the gym to train, Flex Wheeler is making no excuses.

It would be easy for the bodybuilding legend to simply lay down and admit defeat. Instead Flex Wheeler has decided to push himself despite his physical limitations and train as intensely as ever.

In a recent video, Flex Wheeler takes on the battle ropes in some serious HIIT training.

But that isn’t all. The legend has even pushed himself through leg day training showcasing his heart and will.

It’s clear that pain is not a limiting factor for the legend. If Flex Wheeler hasn’t given up on his fitness goals, why should anyone else? Push yourself hard and you’ll be surprised how far you can take your progress.
