Fred ‘Biggie’ Smalls is the newest GI athlete to join the movement.

We are proud to announce that IFBB Pro and standout stage poser – Fred “Biggie” Smalls – has joined team Generation Iron! Known by his nickname Fred “Biggie” Smalls – he is an IFBB Pro competitor who puts a focus on bringing dance into his posing routines, standing out at a time when posing has gone to the wayside. He continues to train, compete, and build towards becoming a pro bodybuilding champion.
