George Farah Answers: Who Is The Best Bodybuilder He Ever Trained?

George Farah shares his favorite bodybuilder to train and what he thinks is the most important quality to succeed as his client.

George Farah is a legendary bodybuilding coach in the industry. He’s been responsible for many talented pro bodybuilders and has parlayed that into a career of not only training bodybuilding athletes but shredded celebrities like Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. But what does it take to be the best client for Farah? In our latest GI Exclusive interview, George Farah tells us who about his favorite bodybuilders he has ever trained.

A bodybuilding coach can be a big part of what helps make a great bodybuilder into a legendary bodybuilder. Especially when you are a top bodybuilding coach like George Farah. He’s made his name in the industry by being behind some of the best bodybuilders in the industry.

But while a talented coach can be instrumental in helping enhanced a bodybuilder to the next level – it also takes incredible talent, hard work, and focus from the bodybuilder himself in order to truly become a top athlete in the sport. Part of what makes George Farah such a good bodybuilding coach is knowing which bodybuilders have promise.

That’s why when we sat down for George Farah during our interview, we wanted to dig deeper into the mind of a top bodybuilding coach. Specifically, who were his favorite and best bodybuilders to train? And what is the most important quality to Farah in making a bodybuilding champion?

One of the most notable athletes George Farah has trained is Kai Greene – whom he does agree is one of his favorite athletes to train. But it’s not simply because he’s a bodybuilder that had incredible success. That success came afterwards. The reason Farah loves to train Kai Greene is because of the deep love and commitment he has to the sport and to his relationship with Farah himself.

Ultimately, the most important aspect to George Farah is an athlete that will not only take his advice – but take that advice and evolve past it due to extreme passion and 100% devotion to the sport.

You can check out George Farah explain it in further detail himself in our latest GI Exclusive interview above!
