Bio:

Gerald Williams is an American IFBB-certified pro bodybuilder from Berkeley, California. He was a student athlete in high school and college who played soccer and later football. Football cultivated his love of high-intensity training and in his senior year of high school he left football to focus on bodybuilding full time. As a teenager, he won the 2005 NPC Mr. Teenage California.

Williams’ parents unexpectedly died within a few years of each other and he stepped away from the bodybuilding circuit after 2008. He completed his undergraduate and masters degrees during this time. In 2015, he returned to bodybuilding, and won his pro card (at age 29!) at the North Americans.

In addition to his career as a bodybuilder, Williams is an adjunct professor of psychology at the Peralta Colleges, and is a licensed real estate agent. He recently qualified for the 2017 Mr. Olympia.
