Regan Grimes lost some incredible pounds in order to make weight in Classic Physique.

Classic Physique pro bodybuilder Stanimal De Longeaux sits down with Generation Iron to talk about the recent Classic Physique reveal of Regan Grimes. Stanimal is friends with Regan Grimes… and it seems even he was surprised with the sudden switch to Classic Physique at the New York Pro 2018.

According to Stanimal, Regan was weighing close to 300 lbs as of January this year. That means he lost somewhere around 70 lbs by May in order to make weight in the Classic Physique.
