GI Workout Song Of The Week 10/17/2016

Always strive for victory.

The Europa Phoenix showcased some of the best bodybuilders in the world in the 212 class as well as the many women’s divisions that populate professional bodybuilding today. The 212 featured standouts such as Guy Cisternino and Charles Dixon, as well as former open weight competitor Hidetada Yamagishi. Once considered one of the top bodybuilders in the open weight class, Hidetada has been able to make a name for himself in the 212, yet he’s been unable to secure Olympia victory. Granted he’s up against the inhuman Flex Lewis, but still, many had high hopes for Hidetada in the 212 weight class.

Yet despite coming up short it hasn’t harmed his resolve one bit. Hidetada Yamagishi is still pushing himself to the limit in order to secure the ultimate prize of a pro bodybuilder: the Olympia championship. That drive to keep moving forward despite being knocked down shows just how much resolve Hidetada Yamagishi has and it’s the same kind of resolve you should have when hitting the gym this week. Let the GI Team provide you with some much needed tunes to get you in the mood to make some serious gains. Whether you’re an amateur who lifts for fun or a pro looking to get fired up for a hardcore session, GI has the track to provide you with the motivation to battle through your training this week.
