This gym member goes HAM on a treadmill.

We all deal with frustration in different ways. Some laugh nervously, others cry hysterically, and some others simply remain cool calm and collected. But then there are those individuals who completely blow a gasket and embark on a rampage as a result.

Sometimes it just doesn’t feel like the day is going your way. We have to imagine that’s exactly what was going through the mind of this gym patron when they fiercely attacked a treadmill at their training facility.

It looks like this gym member just had enough and decided to blow up on whatever was in their vicinity. The silver lining is that no one likes cardio much anyways, so the loss of a treadmill probably wasn’t all that scarring.
