Hafthor Bjornsson Reveals Chiseled Physique One Week Out From Boxing Debut

Hafthor Bjornsson looks in great shape for upcoming boxing match.

Getting prepped for a boxing match can be a full time gig. It takes a tremendous amount of dedication and sacrifice, not to mention a ton of cardio. It’s the main reason why Hafthor Bjornsson has lost so much weight ahead of his clash with Eddie Hall.

However, before the 2018 World’s Strongest Man steps into the squared circle with his rival, Thor will be having a debut boxing match to get his feet wet in the sweet science.

One week out from his debut, Hafthor Bjornsson is looking extra shredded. He revealed his physique on his Instagram. In the photo posted on his feed you can see both the strongman and his lovely wife looking in incredible shape.

Family training day ????‍♀️??

News also broke that Hafthor’s exhibition bout has been moved from Iceland to Dubai.

Things are getting real! Due to some covid restrictions here in Iceland we have decided to move this fight to the Conrad Dubai!

Getting very excited to step into the ring ??

You can tune in to watch the fight on Jan 16th, on my YouTube channel or Twitch!

Much has been made of the Hafthor Bjornsson vs Eddie Hall match scheduled for this September. The two strongman rivals have had bad blood for quite sometime and are looking to settle the score inside the squared circle.

How do you think Hafthor Bjornsson will do in his debut boxing match?
