Frozen fruits and vegetables
At about $1 a bag from dollar tree you can get a myriad of fruits and vegetables that won’t go bad. You can have these in oatmeal or by themselves for breakfast and a snack. We suggest you get your carbs in early and then end your day with some meat (chicken leg quarters anyone?) and some veggies. Mix and match, go crazy, because you’ll be eating this way until Mr. Olympia calls so you better get creative!
