What to Expect at the 2026 CrossFit Games
This year’s competition marks the 20th edition of the CrossFit Games and features an expanded 20-event schedule for the Individual division, making it one of the most demanding championships in the event’s history.
Defending men’s champion Jayson Hopper returns looking to retain his title, but he’ll face a stacked field that includes former champions and perennial contenders like Jeffrey Adler, Justin Medeiros, and Ricky Garard.
The women’s competition is guaranteed to crown a new champion after seven-time Fittest Woman on Earth Tia-Clair Toomey-Orr opted to sit out the 2026 season during her pregnancy. That leaves the door open for athletes such as Lucy Campbell, who finished runner-up in 2025, to make a run at the championship.
