How to Watch the 2020 Olympia Event

This is how you can watch the 2020 Olympia. All events including Men’s Open and expo.

It looked touch and go there for quite some time, but it appears that the 2020 Olympia will go on without a hitch. There have been many athletes who have dropped out of the competition. Some even think that putting on the event during the pandemic is risky. Heck, even the 2021 Arnold Sports Festival has been postponed for that very reason.

Nevertheless, the 2020 Olympia will be moving forward. The event was moved from Las Vegas to the Orange Country Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. With some of the best bodybuilders and athletes in the world attending, including the returning Phil Heath, this is sure to be a show to watch.

A very limited number of seats for the Friday & Saturday evening Olympia Finals can be purchased now. Get’em before they’re gone at MrOlympia.com or use the direct link in the bio….and be sure to book your room at the Hyatt Regency Orlando.

Olympia 2020 Preview

Mr. Olympia

The main headlining event has had some setbacks in the form of competitors dropping out. But it’s made up for it with some big returns as well. Sadly, fan favorites Roelly Winklaar, Cedric McMillan, and Flex Lewis were unable to compete this year for a wide variety of reasons. Roelly was diagnosed with COVID-19 just one week before the Olympia. Cedric and Flex both sustained injuries that kept them from training for the show.

Flex Lewis in particular was a big let down as this was to be his first time competing in the Men’s Open division. Could have have shaken up the lineup? Perhaps even won the entire competition? We’ll have to wait another year to find out.

On the other hand, we have some great returns happening this weekend. Big Ramy is finally competing again at the Olympia after missing the competition in 2019. Even more exciting, is the return of Phil Heath after his loss in 2018. If he wins this competition, he will tie for the world record of most Olympia title wins.

Speaking of returns, the entire Women’s Bodybuilding division has returned to the Olympia stage after an absence for six years. The last Ms. Olympia competition was held in 2014 – so it’s a welcome return of this much beloved division.

9x Ms. Olympia champion Iris Kyle is returning to try and bring her champion status into the double digits. But with so much time having passed – there are certainly other young and hungry competitors looking to become the new champion.
