Rich Gaspari and Barry DeMey visit Diamond Gym to see if it lives up to the hardcore test – and get a little extra help from the notoriously hardcore bodybuilder NDO Champ. This results in Rich putting himself through one of the most epic workouts of the series yet followed by an in depth tour from gym owner Dwayne McDaniel.
