Gold’s Gym is known as the Mecca of bodybuilding. Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym is known as the East Coast Mecca of bodybuilding. But tucked away in Jersey is another bodybuilding mecca – one that might not be as well known but just might be the mightiest of the bunch. Atilis Gym in Wildwood, NJ is one of the earliest gym’s that Rich Gaspari ever trained in. So it seemed like the perfect way to cap off the season by bringing it back to the beginning for our legendary host.

Gaspari returns to where it all began in his early years of training to find a gym that has remained largely unchanged in the best way. Old school equipment litters the gym – equipment so unique that they feel like one of a kind creations. Taking a tour with the owner and Gaspari’s guest co-host Berry DeMey, Hunt For Hardcore takes one final look through a truly hardcore gym, trains on some of the unique equipment, and talks with the gym-goers about what makes the atmosphere in these four walls so special.
