7 weeks out! Big changes this week despite not changing anything! Still just letting the work in the gym do the work, no need for low calories or excessive cardio! At the point I’m changing pretty much daily, which is the coolest part about all of this to me! – – 262 fasted, 266 post training. That’s down 2 pounds from last weeks check in post! – – Training: after a much needed deload training cycle, I was back to business this week in a grand fashion! Big PR’s on safety squats, hacks, flat machine press, banded rack pulls, and seated military this week! – – Nutrition: Still eating all the food! Alternating 4 days in a row “high” and 1 day “low”, I included a picture of the exact low and high day diets in the last slide! Still struggling to get the food in on the high days, but every day that goes by I’m starting to get hungrier and hungrier. (Copied and pasted from last week cause nothing’s changed??‍♂️) – – Cardio: still at 30 min steady state every day but leg day! Every session I do right after training and posing a couple rounds, and keep my heart rate between 145 and 155 BPM. (Copied and pasted from last week cause nothing’s changed??‍♂️) – – #wintheday #flexfriday #7weeksout #prodebut #tampapro #teamlabrada #avufitness #gasp
