In The Current Off Season, Kai Greene Is In Lean And Massive Condition

Kai Greene’s off season shape is better than most pros stage ready physiques.

It’s an interesting time in bodybuilding, especially when you consider that Phil Heath is collecting Olympia wins with such ease that it feels like his competing unopposed. While there are other amazing bodybuilders that share the stage with Heath, it seems that time and again the judges clearly understand that ‘The Gift’ is the man among men. Gone are the days where bodybuilding fans could get excited for a showdown between the Olympia king and his chief rival. The man that would usually fill that spot, Kai Greene, has seemed to have moved on and is looking to assert his dominance in a different arena.

Now that he’s taken a hiatus from competition, Kai Greene is still a presence in the bodybuilding world. He has garnered so much respect throughout the community that seeing him completely remove himself from the sport is highly unlikely. His Dynamik Muscle brand is now flourishing and he’s hoping to pursue a career in acting and other artistic ventures. Kai Greene is far from you average bodybuilder. He’s a true entrepreneur with aspirations for greatness.

That said, you’d think he’d have no time to hit the gym. But Kai Greene is a born and bred bodybuilder and sitting on the sidelines simply isn’t his style. While he may not be having showdowns with Phil Heath these days, he’s still training hard in the gym with hopes of not only maintaining his form, but improving on what already made him so special in the first place.

While it may be the off season for most pros, for Kai Greene it’s merely a time of reflection and the possibility for improvement in those times are truly great. His recent post on Instagram proves that Kai Greene is still far from retired as a bodybuilder.

Not bad for a fat kid in off season. Empty stomach cardio & workout done! It’s important to remember your fundamentals, even when everybody else looks like they’re having fun. #LetsWORK – #KaiGreene @dynamikmuscle #Australia #Sydney
