Kai Greene goes into more detail  about the 2016 Olympia line up.

Every week, Iron Cinema will connect you with Generation Iron director Vlad Yudin. Giving you unprecedented inside access to the creative process behind his the Generation Iron Fitness Network. Get a first hand look at the entire journey of taking Vlad’s creative ideas to the big screen – from stories on set of films like Generation Iron and CT Fletcher all the way to exclusive behind-the-scene looks at our newest GI news and films. This week Vlad talks with GI’s own Kai Greene, who goes into even more detail about the Olympia 2016 line up and what he expects to see over the weekend.

Kai Greene shocked the world when he announced he would not compete at the 2015 Olympia… and it left many to wonder what the future held. Kai did indeed return to competing, only this time in the form of a trio of Arnold Classic competitions. Would he show up at Olympia 2016? It turned out the answer was once again no – but instead of a last minute surprise, this time it came as a prepared announcement much further in advance. Regardless, Kai Greene is one of the most iconic athletes in the sport today – so I felt it best to get Kai’s opinion on the current line up and to give his insights into this year’s big competition. You’ve seen his initial breakdown in our media partner MD’s video earlier this week. Now check out the uncut more in depth response. He also touches upon what it was like to train with Phil Heath earlier this year and his impressions after meeting the legendary YouTube bodybuilder Rich Piana. You can watch our latest interview together above.
