I COMMAND YOU TO GROW is one of the most iconic phrases to come out of CT Fletcher’s mouth. When I saw his first video he was working out and talking to his own muscles, commanding them to advance. Uttered Iron Addicts all across the globe, it has become a war cry for lifters. Echoed in gyms filled with people working their asses off to improve themselves.
But where did this memorable phrase come from? And more importantly why does it stick in the minds of so many people?

I think it’s because everyone has the desire to take command of their own life. Too often we are the subject of the circumstances around us… but to truly find success we must take COMMAND – become the one in control of our own destiny.
CT FLETCHER provides that kind of feeling for people. It’s part of what makes him so inspiring. So iconic. As for where the phrase originates from… how it was birthed from his mind.
