It Looks Like Steve Cook Has Lost All His Gains

Does Steve Cook look any different to you?

The task of growing muscle is simple yet extremely difficult all at once. While veterans may understand the game and make improvements through a well devised plan, there are those without the requisite knowledge who simply have no clue how to keep fat off and build muscle. But even the top pros have trouble with making and maintaining their gains. It’s hard to stay at the top of your game, remaining lean and shredded all year round. Apparently Steve Cook is finding out that very fact.

One of the more recognizable names and faces in fitness today, Steve Cook has made a career of being incredibly jacked and shredded. But Steve Cook is human just like anyone else and all the gains that he’s made can only be maintained through consistent work and training.

As such, Steve Cook has been facing some hurdle as of late which has directly effected his gains in the process. Though he remains in good shape, the gains that he put on full display months ago have all but vanished. Take a look at the post below where Steve Cook gives his detailed explanation behind the change in his physique.

STARTING PHOTO- 215lbs. Not easy to share but here we go. After months of traveling, dieting and INJURIES I’m getting back on track! I haven’t been thIs weak since high school. ——————————————- ———Starting my 12 week strength series on YouTube. I will be uploading 4 videos a week. Following the BIG program (LINK IN BIO to signup) along with hundreds of other people for 12 weeks. My goal is to increase my overall strength as well as increase muscle mass and decrease body fat( by 2%). I’m following the carb cycle outlined in the BIG program in hopes to Increase Strength while decreasing body fat! Those two things usually don’t happen at the same time but since I’m coming off lifting only 2-3 days a week I’m hoping I can do both! This is the first time I’ve ever done a strength phase on YouTube so Make sure to subscribe and turn notifications on.
