Can’t get enough of that pre workout!

The 2016 Arnold Sports Festival was filled with it’s fair share of memorable moments. On stage we got to see some of the best athletes in the world compete and show the fans what they’re made of. Off the stage Generation Iron was able to get it’s fair share of interviews and look at who we managed to run into again. This time around Mike O’Hearn took the mic and interviewed our own Krystal Lavenne.
