Jared Leto Shows Off Shredded Physique In Recent Post

Jared Leto shares his recent progress in the form of a social media post.

Jared Leto has found success in music and on the big screen. Over the course of his life, Leto has found a way to remain at the top and it is clear he is focused on his fitness as well. In his latest Instagram post, Leto shared a selfie showing off his shredded physique.

At 51 years old, Leto continues to look years younger and it is because of his diet and fitness routine. He has been part of the band Thirty Seconds to Mars since 1998 and has transitioned into movies as well. His career in Hollywood has spanned over three decades. Leto has been featured in films from Switch Back and Fight Club to The Suicide Squad and Haunted Mansion.

On Thursday, Leto took to Instagram to share his latest shirtless picture with the caption “miss you xx.”

Jared Leto continues to defy years with his appearance. Leto has 10 million followers on social media and many were impressed with the work that he has put in to achieve his goals. Interestingly enough, this is something that Leto has kept private with Men’s Health in the past.

“I do have a good answer for that but I probably won’t tell you. Just to keep everybody guessing. Really, honestly, at the end of the day, it doesn’t matter.”

Leto has admitted to following a vegan diet for over two decades. Also, he frequently rock climbs in order to stay in shape. This is a great way for Leto to build strength in his upper body and core abs.

“Twenty solid years of eating vegetarian/vegan and taking care of myself. It’s probably just down to sleep and diet.”

As you can see by his latest picture, Jared Leto has remained a slim and shredded build into his 50s. It is clear that his routine works and he has plenty of dedication. This is not something that is going to end soon for the vocalist.
