If you don’t know about Jeff Nippard, you should. The 26 year old Canadian bodybuilder competed in his first show at just 19 years of age and was awarded Mr. Junior Canada in 2012, and we can see why.

Nippard really came on the scene when he found his niche in social media, vlogging his coaching as well as his bodybuilding experiences through youtube. His icecream4PRs YouTube channel has garnered more than 50,000 followers.

While his whole physique is impressive, his boulder shoulders just can’t be denied. In a recent social media post Jeff Nippard displayed some of his best assets just in time for the holidays. At only 5’5 he’s not a big guy, but his shoulders are on full attack.

When he’s not blowing up his shoulders, Jeff interviews fitness personalities such as bikini competitor and fitness instructor Emily Duncan on his podcast. When he’s not on the grind, he finds time to spend time with his youtube star and bikini competitor girlfriend Robin Gallant – she’s a looker!
