Jeff Seid is looking sharp and ready for the 2016 Olympia.
In the coming months before the 2016 Olympia, bodybuilders everywhere are on grind city. Systematically stacking and cutting their bodies to show their true genetic potential on show day. What’s great for us, is that in the lead up to the big day we get photos and videos on their progress and their massive transformations.
In a recent Instagram post by IFBB Pro Jeff Seid, we get to see what true aesthetics look like. The physique contender put out a video of his latest posing routine after a back workout in his at home gym. But don’t think it always came this way, at one point Seid was a self proclaimed nerd, who spent most of his time playing video games.
“Throughout elementary I had been kind of a nerd. I would read my fantasy books everyday for hours upon hours, played Runescape (Six 99 levels, combat level of 122) and World of Warcraft and I would always visualize myself as the mighty hero. Acne also was a problem. I knew I could be more than I was at the time.”
Well Seid’s all grown up now and looking to make a high placement at this year’s Mr. Olympia. Check out the video below, does he make the grade?
