Joseph Baena Continues to Pack On Solid Muscle as He Demolishes Upright Rows

Joseph Baena is looking powerful.

It’s no secret that Joseph Baena, son of the legendary Arnold Schwarzenegger, has been hitting the iron hard.

Looking to follow in his father’s footsteps, Joesph Baena has been cultivating a powerful physique. From the images and videos posted online, the young bodybuilder appears to have some real potential. The genetics of an all-time great certainly help, but the hard work and dedication to the craft can’t be denied.

While a great deal of the intrigue is whether Baena can live up to his father’s legacy, it’s only a matter of time before he carves out his own legend. As it stands it appears that he has the mindset and work ethic to do just that.

While he hasn’t yet reached his full potential, it’s easy to see why bodybuilding fans are intrigued by Joseph Baena. He’s making all the right moves, keeping his head down, and training hard. There’s no fluff to his game just sticking to the game plan and being patient with his gains.

A recent Instagram post shows Baena doing upright rows. From the looks of things he’s really come along during the last few months.
