Kai Greene Is Now Tipping The Scales At A Massive 300 lbs!

Kai Greene is looking monstrous.

Lately it seems that every bodybuilder is getting more and more massive in an attempt to out due themselves. As every year passes we grow to understand what bodybuilding requires of its athletes. No one has the leeway to simply take time off and not worry about improving. Rather, each and every high level bodybuilder must continue to make improvements on their physical form. That include Kai Greene who seems to be semi-retired.

While he hasn’t been competing at all this year, Kai Greene has been making moves outside the bodybuilding arena. Working with Sports Illustrated, creating his own graphic novel, and having TV deals lined up, Kai Greene is keeping busy these days. But that doesn’t mean he’s been slacking off. In fact, these days he’s been looking more and more massive, putting on consistent muscle and constantly seeking to make improvements.

Kai Greene has been making so many gains in fact that the bodybuilder is now tipping the scale at nearly 300 lbs. Take a look at this progress pic below that shows the bodybuilder in all his massive glory.

Don’t mind the rather teenage selfie tanning room pic. Hah! In Season Shape, Check in update at 298lbs. When it’s all said and done your own success comes down to setting up the proper foundation. What I mean is enabling yourself to be able to apply basic fundamentals over and over again each day. Getting up at certain time, doing certain things the vast majority of people won’t do. Keeping your checklists, preparing your meals, going to do your cardio, walking through many disciplines and staying on top of them. Those are things that when you string them together you start to create a day of efficient actions. The more you string those days together the more likely it will be that you can set up your own success.
